After legally marrying during the pandemic in 2020, Rachel and Jamie had a vow renewal and long awaited celebration with family and friends featuring a rose petal toss (a nod to Rachel's last name), a sparkler send-off, and a unique toast in which the Maid of Honor had each person paint half of their spouse's face!
